We are seeking a capital partner (s) in a formerly fully-permitted industrial mineral, idle since 2000 mining operation in one of the historically prolific and minor resource significant areas in California – White River District, Tulare County.
The target mineral lease has been in sporadic operation since the late 1940s and comes with a highly knowledgeable freelance management team with over 300+ combined years of experience, as well as strong political and minority local support and a technology product niche within the green scientific community for such Federal Agencies as EPA, FHWA, FHA, HUD and USACE. Current management team would like to remain on the project for the remainder of the Phase 1 Life of Mine [LoM] lease span.
Current preliminary 43-101, complete Geologic file, reserve and environmental reports, mining plan, history and more upon request. ~ US $65.8M in recoverable ~10 year LoM phase 1 assets, with upwards of ~$1B in reserves across entire 640 mineral acre Sears Deposit. On site visits available on request to serious, vetted buyers.
All capital from this transaction will be used for permitting, legal and further development of existing resources including intellectual property into emerging green construction markets, hiring and on-boarding additional technical professional personnel, addition of a market capable clean tech milling facility, proving and developing additional reserves, and resuming/ramping up operations of the original approved plan.
